Sylvia M. (Cornelius) Park

Sylvia M. Park, 85, of Ft. Littleton, PA, died Friday, December 3, 2021 at her home.

Born on August 22, 1936 in Saltillo, PA, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Geraldine (Hinish) Cornelius.  She was united in marriage to Sam Park on December 12, 1953.  Mr. Park survives at home.

She is survived by daughter Kathi Park and husband Dan Cumings, San Francisco, CA, granddaughter Zoey Cumings and siblings Kenneth Cornelius, Gwen Shehan, Kay Ramsey, Lanny Cornelius and Carol Miller.

A son, David Park, preceded her in death.

Mrs. Park attended the Dublin Mills Community Church, Hustontown, PA.

During her lifetime, she was an avid gardener, enjoyed sewing, baking and watching hummingbirds.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 10, 2021 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, 301 Pitt Street, Hustontown, PA with Pastor Alann Schmidt officiating.  Private interment will be at Old Methodist Cemetery, Maddensville, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 - 9:00 PM on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday.
