Suzanne Everts Obituary

Suzanne M. Everts, 74, of North Clear Ridge Road, Hustontown, PA, died Monday, October 18, 2021 at her home.

Born on March 26, 1947 in Mifflin County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Fern and Madge (Knepp) Pollock. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Everts on January 27, 1968. Mr. Everts survives at home.

Mrs. Everts is survived by daughter Wendy Kendall and husband Jason, Riddlesburg, PA, grandchildren Alexander Bookheimer, Victoria Arentz and husband Zack, James Kendall and wife Alyssa, Lilian Rankin and husband Danny, Lacy Kendall, Kenneth Dishong, Kyler Dishong and four great grandchildren.

Siblings Joseph Pollock, Sandra Ross and husband Joe, Patsy Sipes and husband Earl, William Pollock, Timothy Pollock and wife Leticia and Jo Ann Gardner also survive.

She was preceded in death by son Ralph Dishong and sisters Dorothy Nearhood and Margaret Pollock.

Mrs. Everts was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Post 561, American Legion, McConnellsburg, PA.

During her lifetime, she was employed as a toll collector for the Pennsylvania Turnpike. She enjoyed fishing, traveling and operating the Stony Acres Tree Farm with her husband and family.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be at Center Cemetery, Waterfall, PA.
