Stephen M. Steward

Stephen M. Steward, 22, of Hustontown, PA, died Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA.

Born March 8, 2003 at Silver Spring, MD, he was a son of Raymond Steward of Glen Burnie, MD and Jennifer (Tooley) Steward of Hustontown. 

He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Stephen and Josephine Steward of Sanford, NC, his maternal grandmother, Judy Tucker and step grandfather, Kevin Tucker of Fairmont, WV and six siblings, Michael Childress and wife Colleen of Fairmont, WV, Justin Steward and Jonathan Steward, both of Glen Burnie, MD, Victoria Steward of Fairmont, WV and David Steward and Nathan Steward, both of Hustontown, PA. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas Tooley.

He was a graduate of Old Mill Senior High School, Millersville, MD. 

He was employed as an associate at the Dollar General Store, Hustontown, PA.

During his life he enjoyed gaming tournaments.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 20, 2025 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, 301 Pitt St., Hustontown, PA with Pastor David Hann officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
