Obituary

Ronald L. “Ronnie” Clippinger, 64, of Smoky Drive, Hustontown, PA, died Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at his home.

Born December 4, 1957 at McConnellsburg, PA, he was a son of the late Robert and Betty (Cromwell) Clippinger. On November 18, 1995 he married the love of his life, the former Barbara Ann Wertman, who survives at their home.

He is also survived by one daughter, Rose Clippinger of Pittsburgh, PA, four siblings, Richard Clippinger of Hustontown, PA, Randall Clippinger and Russell Clippinger, both of Fort Littleton, PA and Rhonda Weaver of Wells Tannery, PA and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Kelsey Clippinger, one niece, Janelle Tharp and one nephew, Joshua Weaver.

He was a member of the Hustontown Area Fire Company and a past member of the Forbes Road Lions Club.

He was last employed at Cutchall’s Service Station, Fort Littleton, PA and prior to that by the Gladfelter Pulpwood Company.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, P.O. Box 367, Hustontown, PA 17229, to help defray the cost of arrangements.
