Reuben A. Ramsey

Reuben A. Ramsey, 79, of Hustontown, PA, died Monday, November 15, 2021 at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, PA.

Born on March 31, 1942 in Maddensville, PA, he was the son of the late Daniel and Pearl (Wible) Ramsey.

He is survived by children Duaine Ramsey and companion Amy, Shawna Morris and companion Todd, Bradley Ramsey and wife Trouchen, grandchildren Travis, Troy, Santana, Shyane and three great grandchildren.

Siblings Betty Amsley, Stella McCleary, Margaret Reeder, Melvin Ramsey, Judy Kagarise, Darlene Ramsey and Thelma Mellott also survive.

Brother Donald Ramsey and sister Miriam Kelly preceded him in death.

Mr. Ramsey was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

During his lifetime, he worked as a construction worker and was most recently employed by Pavex, Inc, Camp Hill, PA.  He enjoyed hunting, building model airplanes and loved to farm.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, 301 Pitt Street, Hustontown, PA with Rev. David Ford officiating.  Interment will be made at Hustontown Cemetery, Hustontown, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
