Phyllis J. Henry

Phyllis J. Henry, 85, formerly of North Clear Ridge Road, Hustontown, PA and more recently of St. Thomas, PA, died Monday, May 16, 2022 at her home.

Born February 10, 1937 at LeMasters, PA, she was a daughter of the late William and Eleanor (Pine) Straley. She was united in marriage to John Dean Henry on October 8, 1955. Mr. Henry preceded in death on August 28, 2020. 

She is survived by one daughter, Norma Baer and husband Robert B., Jr. of St. Thomas, one granddaughter, Angela Mitroka and husband Christopher of Downingtown, PA and four great grandchildren, Matthew, Morgan, Andrew and Colton Mitroka. She was preceded in death by a number of brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Henry was of the protestant faith.

She was employed by Sagner, Inc., McConnellsburg, PA for 20 years.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 20, 2022 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, 301 Pitt St., Hustontown, PA with Rev. Robin Baer officiating. Interment will be made at Clear Ridge Cemetery, North Clear Ridge Road, Hustontown, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Friday.
