Obituary
Judy K. Waters, 71, formerly of Burnt Cabins, PA and more recently of McConnellsburg, PA, died Monday, July 17, 2023 at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA.
Born on May 6, 1952 in Burnt Cabins, PA, she was the daughter of the late Porter E. and Goldie M. (Mentzer) Waters.
She is survived by her sister, Joyce Mathern and husband Robert, McConnellsburg, PA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Brothers Sheldon Waters, Ronald Waters, Donald Waters and Gary “Buck” Waters preceded her in death.
Ms. Waters was a member of the Knobsville United Methodist Church, McConnellsburg, PA.
During her lifetime, she enjoyed playing softball and loved Elvis Presley.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Knobsville United Methodist Church, 11146 Waterfall Road, McConnellsburg, PA with Pastor Becky Cutchall officiating. Interment will be private at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Burnt Cabins, PA.
