James R. "Rusty" Carmack

James R. “Rusty” Carmack, 49, of Hustontown, PA, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021 at Embassy at Woodland Park, Orbisonia, PA, where he was residing during his battle with cancer.

Born November 16, 1971 at McConnellsburg, PA, he was a son of Harold B. “Buzz” Carmack who survives of Hustontown, PA and the late Laura (Strait) Carmack.

He is also survived by one sister, Robbin Carmack of McConnellsburg, PA, one brother, Jeffrey Carmack of Hustontown, PA and two nieces, Erica Chladek of Warminster, PA and Shayla Appleby of Fort Littleton, PA. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Vera Strait.

Private graveside services will be held at Hustontown Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
