Geraldine A. Black, 71, of Waterfall, PA, passed away peacefully at home of natural causes on Friday, November 12, 2021.
Born on February 12, 1950 in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Edna (Butts) Clark. She was married to John M. Black, Sr. on July 22, 1967. Mr. Black survives at home.
Mrs. Black is survived by children Ann M. Sheffield and husband Roger, John M. Black, Jr., Greg Black and wife Karen, Deborah J. Hershey and husband Troy and Lori A. Dodson. Thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive.
Siblings Richard Clark, Donald Clark and Katherine Clark also survive.
Mrs. Black was preceded in death by sister Joyce Sprague and brothers Danny Clark and Billy Clark.
She enjoyed being a homemaker and spending time with family. She also enjoyed crocheting, sewing, canning and knitting.
A visitation will be held from 7 - 9:00 PM on Monday, November 15, 2021 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, 301 Pitt Street, Hustontown, PA. Interment will be made privately at Center Cemetery, Waterfall, PA.
