Gerald L. Corkle

Gerald L. Corkle, 88, of Camp Hill, PA, died Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Camp Hill Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Camp Hill, PA.

Born on March 7, 1936 in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son of the late Calvin and Dorothy (Gladfelter) Corkle.  

Mr. Corkle is survived by daughter GeriLynn Nesbit and husband George, York Haven, PA, son Dan Corkle, San Diego, CA, two step-sons and several grandchildren.  Brother Michael Corkle and Patricia Hunsicker also survive.

He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

During his lifetime, Mr. Corkle was employed as a welder for Brunner Island Power Company, York Haven, PA.  He enjoyed boating and fishing.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, 301 Pitt Street, Hustontown, PA.  Interment will be at Hustontown Cemetery, Hustontown, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Tuesday
